Raises and bonuses will be frozen until 2027

Raises and bonuses will be frozen until 2027 in an effort to help the company meet its financial obligation to shareholders. This will be in addition to the 15k layoffs.

No 2pct raise then raise insurance 5pct. I love cvs math. Only company you get a raise and make less than the year before. Aetna should be making money just by the amount they gouge their own associates

Honestly, I would be willing to forego my bonus and raise this year if it meant saving jobs and keeping our employees here in America employed. I can’t say yes to three years of foregoing it though. Inflation is ki-ling me just as it is everyone else.

If true, I better start looking for something else right now. Long term CVS employee here, and I know alot of other store colleagues will leave, leaving stores closed due to no SM to open/staff the stores. It would be the final nail in the coffin for CVS. Pharmacies dont open without the FS.
