Any interest in a service where one person handles multiple badges and scans in/out near remote employees for a monthly fee?

Remember, they have systems to tell them when you log in, if your mouse moves/keyboard strokes, how long you were in 3M systems and where you are logging in from.
I'm literally speechless after reading these posts - they all sound like resources in entry level positions because if they are not, the immaturity is a sure sign you're not qualified to hold a position in 3M.
Playing games with badges is “been there done that folks. 3M is late to this game and other companies who are years into RTO have already shown companies how to combatant. Long story short is that messing with badges will get you straight to Termination. And now I’m not in HR I’ve just seen how peer companies have ruthlessly dealt with this one.
Everyone should agree to come back on one day in November and overwhelm the resources. With the floors that are closed, the cute little hotel desks, and the minimal service staff the place will smell like the day after a concert in Codott. I bet there aren’t any hotel desks on the 6th floor of 223, I’ll use a couch up there to lounge while “dressed for my day”.
Forcing people to campus 3 days effectively introduce 3 day work weeks. I'll tell you what non in our team like colloboration. Not after we been hit by multiple layoffs over the years. Everyone want credit for themself just to servive next round of layoff.
Presence will be conflated with performance…just show up a few times a week and youre good
Sign me up for the badge scan service. This is stupid. All because they hired a weak little man with delusions of grandeur as the CEO. Great move!
Ahah no like in jail you have several gates to pass before getting out
Can I just badge in and then just follow someone out the door without badging out, so it looks like I've moved into the office?
