Maybe she has a point, Citi is too big to manage. Either Jane is doing the best she can but is out of her depth and can’t manage effectively OR she does know how to manage on an enterprise scale but Citi is just too huge.

Since the USA Government did Not already break up AIG, JP, Citi and other large financial institutions even during the 2008 financial crisis, the USA Government will probably Not break up Citi. But CEO Calamity Jane and her minions are doing that anyway. Rome was Not built in one day, and Rome was Not destroyed in one day.
Why you were not able to see that as strength, See what’s stopping. Your 70% of people at retirement age with this age they can not focus because of several emotional reasons towards life, even it’s process of life, let them sit back and give powers new and young blood. It does not means remove old hero’s think how can you use them well to guide younger ones.
