Fu-k Macy's

Yes, Macy's doesn't force employees to work for them. The problem is they are the worst company pretending they care about the team. Yes, all companies fluff up their work culture to be ideal for new hires but Macy's is next level delusional never even trying the least bit to address their internal problems.
I worked at HSQ for corporate design, and I was met with zero help (just 2 people were sweet enough to offer help) and expected to just figure out how to manage the private brand's design process (won't say which category). All the while my cross functional teams had 2 people per brand. But I also had to deal with my boss asking twice why my projects were taking so long, and having to explain twice. Then, the cherry on top was being sold that they hired this amazing senior manager... womp womp... added more to my plate to train them.
So yeah, Fu-k Macy's!
I did not realized that Macy's force employees to work for them. I do not work for the Macy’s but if things are so bad just move on and do not shop with them.
You are saying F them but it seems you are the one that is all stressed and unhappy from the situation.
How do you feel doing the job of 5 people?
I have been retired since 2020,and I still say it! I agree with the statement poster!!!!!!
My, my, my... Aren't you articulate!
The worst customer service
