Thread regarding Amazon.com layoffs

Matt, you didn't really accomplish anything - like we didn't get to work together remotely and learn from each other. There are other places that you could try like McDonalds or Burger King. Besides, 9.8/10 of Amazon employees would actually be quite excited by this change. I don't mean that in a bad way. We want to innovate. I have not seen an ability for us to do that when we're in person making each other sick with COVID, and it's too hard to focus in your offices, especially for distributed teams . I have tried to disagree-and-commit via a Chime by pressing the the hands button, waiting my turn, and typing while others yap. You are welcome to try that and send further suggestions to the Chime team.
