Is it true that the CLEAR business is being sold?

TR sold its Regulatory Intelligence and ODEN business despite all of the high-level positive messaging of Risk and Compliance are "a critical growth drivers" etc. The divestitures were not a good sign for CLEAR in my opinion.
Given the divestiture of the FindLaw business, which sits at a significant pain point for SMB law firms (try staying in business when you can't get business in the door) and is part of the Big 3, I wouldn't doubt it.
