I can't believe HR is trying so hard for the company. Boeing propaganda never ends. I bet they are going to be handing out leaflets in front of the hall saying how bad we will have it if we vote the proposal down. I'm ready for the last and final offer again😵💫

I am wondering if any of the Boeing 'machinists' will be able to find work after being laid off. You know it is coming. Boeing may even offer a pension back (but reduce 401K to previous level). However, in the next several years Boeing will build another factory in South Carolina (the land is already acquired) and transfer a line or two of 737 there. I am wondering how IAM would be voting then? Do not bite the hand that feeds you. IAM may win now, but in 4 years IAM in Puget Sound will be reduced from 33,000 down to 10,000. It is coming, and everybody knows about it. By the way, pension is way worse option than 401K since it not adjusted for inflation. Think before you vote.
