@pbo+1v5k8aXF The strange dynamic with the change in leadership is Roger Farah was named “Executive of the Board of Directors” and David Joyner is the “CEO” and not “Executive CEO”. This means Roger Farah is running the company and making the operational decisions. Joyner is the face of the company, but not making the operational decisions.

This isn’t good. Chairman of the board is the one whose calling the shots and the board only cares about shareholders.

Yeah you’re right. I was just reading the Fortune article below and thought to come here to see if anyone else noticed this. Surprised (but not surprised) that Roger’s influence and overarching authority is flying under the radar esp during this time.
