it's one thing to have your job off-shored, but it's a slap in the face when your job is replaced with 4 incompetent people.
i don't know what they are thinking, but the teams i worked with were the most incompetent, inexperienced, and unreliable people I've ever worked with.
is upper management unaware or just apathetic?
it makes it seem like they're inflating numbers to sell the company. if not, they're building a disaster
