I was laid-off this week. Anyone on bench more than 6 to 8 weeks are let go as there in new business coming this quarter. Performance and loyalty means nothing these days.

Honestly I think UK Capgemini is pretty good but having worked with the India side there is so much bloat and on value ad. Cr-p middle mamagement, so called "business service managers" who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag
