Books will be written about the failures of this BoD.
According to current progress the company will be broken into pieces and sold to external investors. Everything is pointing to that direction now. If you want your personal success it is better to start preparing and search for jobs.
Pat and the BOD are working together at the expense of the company. Pat & each member are set for life. On top of that, when the company is sold and/or parted out, they'll all deploy their golden chutes, collect their ridiculous payouts and live happily ever after.
