Overstaffed with H1 lmnop's....they gotta go. They brag about being top of the line technical people but there's more production issues than I have ever seen in 30plus years. The quality is horrible. Hire FTE' and go back to basics. Keep long termers and keep the real knowledge

The contractors count should be definitely reduced, since they are bound to moved to different projects, there is accountability

Over. They are taking on business built datasets and the people who run them. Those people are sitting ducks. DDAT moves people from project to project. Relies 75% on contractor. Once the project is complete, those people are gone.
