MM is incompetent, shows in his hiring decisions, his town halls, and his budget. When will BB pull the trigger and fire him?

Murphy is absolutely incompetent! He has mismanaged his organization, budget, capex. Many of the people he has hired are C and D rated IT professionals. You have to wonder is he surrounding himself by incompetence so that he looks good.
MM has created a toxic environment in IT. All of his leaders are toxic…….none more so than Carolann Shields. All of her people have quit or are quitting. several ethics cases against her and MM and they continue to survive….go figure! BB needs to wake up and focus on his leaders instead of designing Work Billy’s Way and leave a toxic environment in IT. Pathetic the level of IT support we have with MM in charge.
Even if BB fired MM, MM has brought more senior vp's than ever before and those have brought in even more vp's and dirs especially the very very bloated RQ area. BB will never be able to get rid of the incompetence. Oh yeah.... in case anyone was wondering........ all these new ones are distant so won't get the rto mandate.... ethical??
