Garmin told his employees to seek work elsewhere because they got nothing done at AWS in the last 3 years.

But Garmin referred to everyone (including himself) not doing anything for three years. Other companies, not the case.
In general If you don't do anything in three years, then ya its time to pack it up and get up out of there.
