The only chance you have is if Intel stock keeps falling and all the ERP and layed off employees pooled their checks together, then collectively buy out Intel as an employee owned company. Then you can fire Pat!
Don't stop there. The ELT and upper management ranks need a thorough cleansing too.

That's the comical part of this. Pat embodies all of the Intel corporate values and delusions. Cocky, arrogant and elitist. The board wanted more of the same ethos that got Intel where it is today and found it in Pat Gelsinger. There's nothing to "Fix" they got what they wanted. It's time to just sit back and watch the company rightfully crumble to the ground
Step 2: ship all designs to TSMC
Step 3: get rid of all manufacturing in the U.S.
Step 4: get rid of all innovation from the U.S.
Step 5: complain about high carbon emissions in developing countries
