This should be investigated as one of the most bias and worst layoff ever. It seems the good, hard working, loyal employees are laid off while incompetent, political and lazy people remains. People with connection know who in the list weeks in advance while other hardworking employees are left out to carry the work till 5 mins before they are told to be let go. People talk to management friends to save their buddies. There is no transparency, no decency in this terrible layoff. Like some people said, NYCB/Flagstar is junk in not just the bond but the whole company now

Same for IT team here, all good people are laid off, remaining people cannot even handle the systems or very new, this is massive risk to this rotten bank! Not sure how the select those who to layoff but some people knew and acted weird a few weekd ago! Now it is apparent they tried to save themselves!
