Not sure why he's assigned Comms people to come on this forum to pump up his pathetic ego, but I'm not buying it. How about showing with actions that you actually value the employees? I wonder what it would take for Schwab to fire his pathetic a-s and get a CEO with good decision making and maybe even a heart.

spinning out the banks sure helps their liquidity position on a daily basis and allows them perhaps different investment opportunities - watch the movement at the top of the those divisions

A highly distinguished exec? I think you give yourself too much credit Rick. Don't you have more important things to do than toot your own ho-n on a layoff site? Guess that's why we pay you the big bucks.
Rick certainly knows how to execute and ingratiate with other wealthy white guys. The problem is that his execution will be comparable to private equity sla-ghtering employees and extracting value from the company. Just watch, we will spin out the bank and other lob within the next two years, plus reducing head count. Great for the stock price, but then we go down like Boeing.
I love how you low level dopes think you know better than a highly distinguished iexecutive. If you know so much why aren't you CEO? Prolly because you are some pencil pushing fool who has no grasp of anything beyond your very little sphere. Schwab is full of your type. Hopefully Rick will change that.
