How are they deciding? To me it looks like age based everywhere I see. Only top performers are left in CVS

If you had business knowledge, could challenge the norm, could make a difference, were loved by your peers or customers and were a threat to your boss or leadership chain.
You were/are toast.
This company wants to remain stale. Ayn Rand could have written a book about this fng place.
It was the dinosaurs that been here for 20+ years.
Age and $, but call it performance on paperwork. Never mind I had outstanding reviews and no noted performance issues.
I was a top performer, and so were several other people I know who got the axe. It was $. They want to continue to underpay everyone else.
