I was there when the "merger" was done and Troy said... on a video... and I can not make up this horse sh-t....

I knew then, we were ph--ked. HOW STUPID do they think we are? Apparently we need help in eating food... that stupid. FF to now..... layoff round number 10 since the "merger" and all going to India. Ya get what you pay for... and well... it will happen.

Ole Troy said it was a "merger of equals," and cashed his check on the way out.
And Heartland 20y plus I feel your pain. Same here and I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I'm on that list. At this point it might actually be a relief when it happens.
You should get over yourself. This is just business. Get out if don't want to be there.
Same with Heartland. Global acquired Heartland and they have absolutely ruined the company. Culture has been ripped apart. Now that Vince is gone, culture is not even the top 100 set of priorities. We were continuously one of the best companies to work for in Indiana. This year is the nail in the coffin. As a 20yr employee with Heartland, I have never seen and experienced things as bad as they are. You feel it in our offices. It's so sad. For the first time, I am considering getting out. I absolutely hate what Global Payments has done. The company is literally imploding. GP2025 is a guise of cutting US Staffing to move offshore. That's all it is. More is coming (2025 and 2026). Heartbreaking. Ever since 2015, Global has had 1 to 2 reduction in workforce events yearly. They simply don't care. The business is in shambles with on location leadership is trying their best to put things back together after Execs and MKinsey did what they did. No faith anymore in this company. They simply don't care.
