This bank has been fu--ing way too much with peoples jobs than any other bank has! They will keep laying off workers every year or two! My new year wish is this bank to fu--ing fail due to the ill treatment within and outside Randomly met a manager and that sh-t was hiding! I could have thrown a banana at the face and just say fu-k you with a head shot! Guys come on! Don’t hire if you can’t afford the workforce! You’re messing with peoples life!

Tbh I would have rather gotten laid off with my co-workers who I’ve worked with for years rather than whatever this bullsh-t is. The floaters are being stretched so thin that they’re sending people from other branches to ones that only have TWO people; a manager and a teller. Like come on. Also what was the point of laying off people if you’re going to have a job posting up for the same position the next day. I told my old co-workers not to even consider coming back and now they’re working jobs that are half the workload and double the pay which is good for them. I can’t wait to get the fu-k out of this dump of a bank…

Anyone thinking g of coming back, please reconsider. I know it's difficult to find a job right now but since this layoff, things have gotten even worse. It's dreadful, overwhelming, and miserable every single day. Management is all new and doesn't know anything so there is no real leadership or guidance. They alm pass the buck and put theur reports down to make themselves look better. It's a total mess. Please please try not to come back, this place is horrid and I'm on the verge of quitting because I just can't take it anymore.

They have to let you interview and take you back because they positioned it as a reduction in force. I am considering going back but to a different branch. Also will wait until the severance runs out. I do not want to have to pay it back a required by the separation agreement. When I go back, I will not be the same loyal worker that I was before though.

I had a manager of another branch reach out to me recently. He asked if I had found employment as of yet. I was a little skeptical about being contacted, but it turns out they are looking for a team member in the same position. Has anyone else gone back or considered it?

I received over 500K as a severance, it is a big sum of money but I have worked for this company for over 20 years, it is like early retirement, time to moving on to my next phase in life, I am glad I can finally pay off all the mortgage, car loan, kid tuition loan all at once

Joseph Otting just bought a 7 million dollar home on Long Island. He brags too much.

This bank will be sold soon and they will all move on to the next project.

I received the severance as direct deposit and it is what they put in my severance doc exactly. It is time to move on, wishing everyone the best!

I logged into ADP to see my payout it and it was actually more than I expected. According to my pay stub it shows I actually got paid out for the incentive that the branch achieved for second quarter. I recommend checking out ADP if you haven't already. Now time to start moving forward. I wish everyone else well in what had been a very trying time.

This bank is holding on to as much they possibly can to keep their markups high! At this point I doubt they’d give us the pto and all that…

I have not received payment for severance nor for unused vacation time.

The unused time is not tied to the separation agreement,

Will we get another salary paycheck or we a week in advance?

They Fedex the legal paper last week, it is like a huge stack of form waiving all responsibities and any potential lawsuit, the language is extremely hedious!

Which paper should I sign? I need my money.. I’m not legally eligible to sue anyone/ anything… this is very unfair and upsetting!!

Does anyone have any information on when the next layoffs will happen? I saw the Mr. Cooper deal actually closed so I feel like my days are numbered lol. I've been so anxious every single day not knowing if that day will be my last. I am trying to apply to literally anything to get out of here. This place has been so draining on my mental health. Everyone seems miserable and down.

Do you all sign the hedious waiver form? It will release them from all potential law suits!

They are holding severance hostage to avoid litigation. They will not release it until they recieve the paperwork back.

Mnuchin wants his money soon with big profit. Word on the street is Otting shopping the bank with big buyers. Has to trim it down to a nice little package.

They are too busy hiding the truth. They are trying to sell the idea that they care about people and love their community. They are consistently failing. There has been no communication to the people that have been let go. They continue to poorly handle this process. Does anyone know how much it costs for the new signage and decorations? How about to keep the banks name on all of the event centers? Why would someone want to do business with them?

Please do not hate assistant managers! They are just doing their jobs too! To the AM who lost temper, appologies accepted, I wish you all the best for new job search too! We are all human and made mistakes, it's good that you realized that!

This whole Mr. Cooper thing has been handled so poorly. There is no communication and so many are in limbo about whether or not they’ll have jobs. This is tiring and stressful. I’m desperately trying to find another job so that I can get out. I’m so angry and sad for those who have already been laid off. I don’t understand how these companies can treat human beings like this. Where is the compassion? It’s all about money and greed to them. It’s sickening.
