Home and Community will be eliminated and sent to central. Has anyone else heard this?

Am left wondering if anyone's heard...
would that include PSC's/clinical review coordinators in Optums Home and community 'being eliminiated/ moved to Central'??
I know these are all just speculations-but curious if anyone has heard anything?
[Pre-Service Coordinators/clinical review coordinators (basically utilization review for patients wanting to go to SNFs and Acute rehab facilities, etc) as well as SICC's are under nH/Optum Home & Community.
These positions do not include providing any patient care. The PSC's manage pre- auth requests for SNF/ARF, and if approved, for SICCs -getting patients out of the SNF/ARF ASAP to save $$)]
Central is one team out of UHG. Eliminating Optum in any care providing capacity.
What is central? We know landmark is going down, we know IESNP is almost dead, we know patient connect is shrinking.
They need to deep cut leadership. Wanda Bryant can run what’s left of landmark and also IESNP she’s far more competent than The IESNP VP and the DCO. I’ve never heard more disappointment about 2 people ever, esp the DCO.
There are articles that more layoffs are planned for Dec and Jan. witty just complemented Optum’s approach to cost control measure.
ISNP is loosing 4 states outright to a competitor.
It’d be nice if Longevity just bought Optum’s home and community and be done with it.
Is this ALL in home and community?
