An article was posted for managers on The Source about a manager dashboard for teammate badge swipes. Can anyone confirm if there is other monitoring like remote versus network logins? How will non-branch teammates at sites without badging be tracked?

I asked a C suite level employee how it’s being tracked if we do not have badges, he had no idea.
I almost sp-t out my coffee. That comment made my day! LMFAO!
Spare a square? Thanks for the chuckle.
The bathroom facilities are worth RTO. I only take a dump when I’m at the office. The TP isn’t great, but it saves me money. If people do too much of the small talk, I don’t flush.
Managers treat adults like children because too many adults ACT like children. They have to manage to the lowest common denominator and those doing their jobs as directed should have no gripe. If you have a serious issue about being treated differently (pay, RTO/WFH, workload), go to HR and respectfully ask for a clarification. Being bitter and quiet quitting isn’t helping you. Another suggestion is that if you believe you’re more valuable than your peers, ask for a raise and articulate why. It’s reasonable and shows you take yourself seriously. Squeaky wheels do get grease; broken wheels just get replaced.
As long as there are seperate RTO rules for some some teammates and not others there will always be someone complaining. Myself for example. As long I'm required to RTO while my coworkers who live just as far from the office as I do get to WFH I will remain bitter. These same teammates are able to be more productive and therefor get a better review and higher merit increases, not to mention the savings they get from not having to commute (gas, tolls, parking, wear and tear, etc). If I was EL, I would require everyone to come in 4 days, unless they had an true HR exemption, just to even the playing field. I would hold everyone to the same standard.

Aww, is us calling out the hypocrisy of your hero corporate overlords Ward/Noe hurting you again? Aw, Poor baby...
The bank can and has provided managers with VPN information for individual teammates.

Just be a buddy of Chris Ward/Noe. If you're one of their pals from Wells you will be hired AFTER RTO mandates were announced and get to work from home 100%. WFH from across the country in California, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Arizona, NY & NH or wherever you are.
If you're a pal then you also get to track & enforce RTO from home on the peasants in the Charlotte, Atlanta, Richmond, Orlando, Raleigh, etc offices.
Hypocrisy at it's finest. The Chris Ward/Noe way.
WF was using key stroke tracking, many corps use various forms of surveillance. If you think any large Corp is "too good" to do this same thing you're deluding yourself.
If you actually are a high value employee (which is very different than being a "top performer") then the rules usually don't apply to you anyway and exceptions will be made. For everyone else, the future likely holds even more power for the corps to control employees, good luck.
Must be Friday rto itch
Gosh, getting laid off and the golden handcuffs removed was such a blessing.
Yes no other larger bank is doing this only Truist. I would find another job fast at places that don’t have return to office and don’t have monitoring in place it will be easy to find
Because treating adults like children always works well and has a happy ending. I can’t wait to see top performing teammates say no and leaders forced to term them.
It’s happening. What you’ve heard is TRUE. IP addresses being monitored as well.
Welcome to the surveillance state.
