Now we have been promoted to "custodial staff". What a great company!

Agreed! There is nothing in the Employee Handbook that says you 'have to' Flush.
I don't get paid to flush, hence, I won't.
Fiserv will be monitoring color to make sure team members maintain proper hydration.
Facilities is placing cameras inside the restrooms to capture those responsible.
The "Great Fiserv Toilet Revolt" continues!
Sounds like people are treating the bathrooms like leadership is treating their staff in many areas. I don't agree with the tact and is pretty gross but I feel Fiserv treats people pretty poorly. Very little reward if any and disruption of peoples lives is gross. Just more work and angry managers as people are leaving.
Sounds like the bathrooms are the anonymous way to show how they feel they are being treated. Other methods may be more affective, however most do not have a voice in fiserv and leadership ignore or punish when voiced and the your voice survey is a joke cause nothing comes out of it.
Treat people with respect, you'll typically get respect back. Treat people like 5h1t and then I guess you get this.... :(
If people would stop doing a backside 360... On the stall walls....That would be great.
I worked in a facility with no working soap dispensers for months with no support after numerous reports.
So I left. Washing hand is good hygiene.
Comment of the year
How about we get the latches fixed? I don't mind holding the door, but come on. We can afford to fix the hardware. .
Ok, this is becoming the "Great Toilet Revolt"!
Surely Sapience can identify the offenders who are idle during the time the conditions worsen in the bathrooms....
I have seen horrors in Fiserv toilets that could not compete with the worst of gas stations.
They have automatic toilet. Half the time, they don't work and require manual flushing. There's a number of ladies who don't bother to flush the toilet, thinking it's the job of the custodial staff.
Other times, they leave pi-s all over the seat because they hover. I've seen some pretty disgusting stuff since RTO. Some of these people who need potty retraining aren't employed by Fiserv anymore.
To have to be reminded to clean up after yourself by email is selfish and sad considering signs are posted in every stall.
Which office doesn't have automatic toilets?
If you need to be told to flush you shouldn’t be working here.
I was glad to see the email. I have seen some offensive stuff put out by my colleagues in the office and I appreciated that the company is setting expectations. Plus, not everyone has good bathroom etiquette.
I think the email needed to go out. Some of these issues are caused by the people in the office…
I can see where they are heading. Staff will be required to purchase a pretty orange chamber pot to use at their work stations. De incentive bio breaks and no snacking in the office. Again, my compliments to our glorious senior leaders.
I found that email an insult, really. Are things that bad that a company wide email needed to go out instead of an internal departmental email?
What FB forgets is that half the facilities here are in need of repair. Fiserv has even stripped some facilities of snack vending options.
I forgot to end with "Frank, would you like fries with that?"
