All the VSP and ISP is targeted at Intel Blue Badge employees. Then need to get rid of the top paid employees so they can hire the people that took the 2 week course from the Chips act training. They will hire them at minimum wage and they will be required to run multiple pieces of equipment. They wont last. Intel has no clue of the level of expertise that have just lost. It will show later when these new people and the green badge employees fail to run the company properly.

To the poster who just says “ You push a fu--ing button” you actually have no clue what the factory workers do!! These are employees who keep the factories running, working on multimillion dollar pieces of equipment, solving equipment problems, fixing Engineering GP’s, doing a juggling act between cost and keeping equipment running. If Intel believes they can bring someone in off the streets without the schooling, experience or background in TS’ing, or maintenance and they would be value added in two weeks they are sadly mistaken. Intel has lost lots of the knowledge base within the factories, good luck with keeping them going in the future, unless they are selling that part of the business off then it really doesn’t matter.
And the results of this will be abundantly clear very soon. Get out as soon as you can.
