Oh poor Raytheon has to pay a fee? How about they sold us out to China. DEWS we-pons to Ukraine I would say it’s treason!
Ethics training does not apply to anyone above a certain labor grade.
Rules for thee but not for me.
The CEO should be considered culpable for this. He certainly knew this was going on, just took a calculated risk of profit versus penalty.
Doesn’t Raytheon require all employees to take an annual Ethics training?
