Sooo…when do we find out? I’m on pins and needles, and our leaders are rarely honest or transparent. The work level decreased, so they created busy work for us a while back. It’s slightly comforting to know that we’re not the only ones, but this is still unsettling.

Uhhhh, you know Landmark doesn’t really exist any longer, right? All positions will be absorbed into Optum or, more likely, eliminated. Please tell me that anyone working for “Landmark” realizes this. You’re telling patients your Landmark. Technically there is some truth to this, but barely.
The Massachusetts Landmark NPs and RNs have a mandatory 20 minute meeting tomorrow at 8:20am that was just sent to them (after hours).
Agreed. Zero tracking of provider whereabouts. In a home for 5mins. Patients don't have to sign. No GPS app tracking. Great mileage reimbursement. Certainly not going to cram palliative down their throats so UHG can rush them into THEIR hospice. Just make sure your documentation looks good. I mean, don’t place the patient in harms way but LM is such a joke now it really is pointless.
The markets that are closing should have been informed already. Most of the staff are being given options to apply for jobs internally. No severance this time.
You should be able to work another full time job and do the bare minimum for Landmark. Im doing it and I know many others are doing it too. Anyone working harder here is not working smarter. Landmark is a dead end. Pointless and mindless. Data sweep. Thats it. When I get laid off I still have the other job.
It appears Landmark dodged the bullet today but don’t let that fool you for another round.
Optum tech will be moving 70% of jobs offshore to India and keeping only 30% of tech jobs in America...
We had a meeting on Monday and were informed our market and a few surrounding metros will not be having lay offs for the rest of the year. We’re on the east coast. I’m just waiting to see if they were lying, but no lay offs here yet.

I am also with Landmark & have been anxiously waiting all day for the ball to drop. It’s nerve wrecking
I was just ket go this morning. Optum Tech is getting his pretty hard today. My last day will be November 1. From what I found out fromt he team meeting, it is to decrease onshore and increase offshore.
