NJ labor laws require 90 days notice. If you were notified 9-11-2024, your last day is 12-11-2024.
Severance is at least 1 week's pay for every full year you have worked for the company. It may be more depending on your professional tier.
They will continue benefits through December.
If they end your job prior to the posted end date (12-11) they have to pay you full salary through to your projected end date.
Warn ACT applies when you hit the threshold for a single site. If there is a warn notice that means the RIF planned for 12/11 and 1/22 exceed the threshold requiring a notification.

optum gives no notice… especially not 60 days. at most you’ll get 2 weeks but even that is rare and generous. i have already been laid off once by them and was sent the shady meeting invite the night before then told on the meeting the next day to log off now i’m done. if you’re in a NJ clinic expect to be laid off on those exact dates. you’re lucky to have even gotten the WARN because usually they avoid it
