The C-suite could care less about the employees that still remain! This is what happens when a company overextends itself with office space, hires too many people, makes ill advised acquisitions, sees declining revenue and does not adapt to the market.

You're about a year late on that realization. Tell us something we don't already know.
Get rid of the BMs, DMs and Major Accounts and reallocate that salary money to the people that actually bring money to the company. Those positions are absolutely worthless and provide ZERO value to the company! Middle management is an absolute joke! Job duties entail running reports (which anyone can do) and planning huddles (which are a HUGE waste of time)!
