How do you think the new FCC ruling for easy unsubscribing will impact TR?

With the new ruling just issued I am really curious how you all think it will impact the various business units and the company overall once it’s activated.

I suspect churn and retention will go up as it should be become easier to cancel.

No more, I need 90 days notice, lock in to 12 month contract if you don’t reply, etc.

I work in the retention world and haven’t heard of this. I do know that some products require a cancellation form to be filled out to prove they wanted to cancel, so are you saying this ruling doesn’t allow for that?
