The ones sent to our store I wouldn't even have hired for a cashier and they have titles at corporate. And that is being serious. Just terrible, I say it the way it is. Overpaid much.

As someone from Corporate who went to work in a local store this makes me sad to see. We received zero training before going to the store except what to wear, but I learned a ton from the associates I was trying to help and was happy to clean and stock wherever needed. Every job is different and I know that I'm really qualified to do what I do at corporate but was the least qualified in the store the day I was there. I hope we can villainize each other less and support each other more because the store workers I met were awesome.
Let them be pharm techs for a half a day and I bet you a Xanax they would all quit !
They're not at corporate to fill scripts or run a register.
As much as Neal's guy is suited for a cashier role, just as Neal himself isn't focused on your well-being. His priority is his own enjoyment and gaining fame. You all are valuable assets to the company, as you are the ones actually doing the work. It's important to consider who is leading your company. While you are putting in hard work in the stores and facing challenges due to a lack of technology, management is spending money on fun activities instead of being productive.
Neal and his buddies tend to prioritize social activities and entertainment, spending company resources on drinks and fun. Neal and Tim need to leave!
