They are happening across the board, it seems. Do we have a clue how many people are being affected? What’s happening with Landmark? Some people are reporting that Landmark hasn't been impacted yet, or hearing that it may end up not being impacted at all this round. Does anyone have reliable information on this?

I work for LM in the northeast, we have not been effected by the layoffs as of yet this week. We do not have LPNs UE, we were informed that BCBS will not be renewing their contact- the patients will be notified next week, we are losing thousands of patients in are market.
I work for Landmark in the MidWest region, and all we were told was that "There were 18 LPN UEs who were given notice today with last day of employment on November 1. The impacted staff were from markets that closed in August. Across the larger organization there were additional teams impacted but these were the only positions for Home-Based Medical Care (HBMC)"
for those who got notice today, it would be 1st November
when i was laid off last year my computer access got cut off by the end of the day

What's the last day of payroll? The last day you are officially paid by the company?
