CTO just said I cant do my job so Im paying someone else to do it. Could not even backfill executives leaving so had to promote internally for those roles. With the talent that left there will be nothing left manage anyways. LOL

I assume you're referencing the new role that Eric Haller is moving into. I don't interpret the announcement in the same way. Solutions hired two external EVPs earlier this year to backfill one. They weren't quite sure what role each would have but liked the skill sets both brought to the table. I think this is a natural evolution of their thinking on the org....and btw, Eric was instrumental in building Experian's Ascend produce and starting/running their Innovation Lab. Hardly "having to promote internally".
I also have no direct knowledge to back this up but I don't think most of the executives are leaving so much as most were forced out.
