Saw that China had a big miss for Q3 sales. It has been attributed to lack of focus by country. BB wants to reverse the damage by re-invigorating the country again
doing something ethical at last , giving more work to countries that are poorer, oh wait the ones that have cheap labour, oh wait the ones that have the smartest brains in india and china for the lower paid dollar, hang on , does that mean the shares will go up,, ahh go bill go
Some bad news maybe coming out this week's earning call.
As usual they announced a major change to the operating model specially for China and India. Wonder what excuses they going to give this time round to the wall street analysts
Everytime you think this company will do the right thing they do the opposite. This company is the most incompetent run pos I've ever seen. McD runs better than this sh-t show corrupt clown company. They fired all their smart employees. Cut until there's nothing left then ship it over seas. Typical blue print ratard management strategy. It doesn't take a nasa scientist to figure out BB needs to fire the corrupt sheep but I'm starting to think the problem is at the top.

Honestly, I've never met a plant worker who was happy with their job.
You guys don't seem to understand just how immediately replaceable you are. 20 years of experience in your job is the same as 2 weeks, in terms of productivity. You're rattling your own cages while the zookeeper is looking for the lion's next meal.
Remember BB is hired to make 3M better and he’s not showing his strategy and the moves yet. I think the announcement is coming soon.
More streamlining to be done by Kearney Leeches and PG,BB has given power to the wee Tireman to cut, cut, cut his way to success, Masking divisions are getting streamilned into order in late 2025, CBG will pass round the post-it note and write ideas down to knock another few plants out . On the plus side the share price should rise with the decline of more plants
Bill is focused on one thing: cutting costs without deliberation so he can make the case to break up a "lean" company into 3 or 4 lean companies. Wall Street loves this guy. Look at the share price since Mikey and Moni left.
The plant is on its knees already cutting our hours

Finally a program like journey to zero to protect the workers. We have been waiting for more talk.
They're firing plant workers in droves for whatever reasons they deem 'legal' aka b.s. made up reasons because they can't afford layoff legal action. Completely unlawful and I anticipate sh-t tons of legal action coming 3m's way. Do not touch this stock or work here. It's a fu--ing titanic.
if you not salaried above JG13 , then you don't really work for for M3, you work for lesser known Peasant County, please don't associate yourself with us upper class professionals, please know your place , and just do your job without whining, you are lucky you are not on welfare, kepp spending your wages onn drink , dru*s and cigarettes.
