P66 is facing a number of serious problems that the current ELT seems unable to deal with.
In fact, they’ve caused the problems to begin with.
A few of the problems are, a demoralized workforce, a failed Business Transformation Effort, and the loss of a theft of trade secrets case.
Can anyone think of any other examples.

Load one person with 3 full time job. Then blame the person not getting the jobs done on time and fire him.
Of whom do you speak in legal?
Legal is probably the worst hiding up on 13. What other company would keep a disbarred attorney and an attorney who can’t get licensed on staff.
A demoralized workforce and outsourcing pretty much sums it up.
leadership isnt rowing in the same direction. at a site and corporate all doing there own thing and no one is working it together to make it all function. add more and figure out the details later
letting people go and then turn around and open the role externally
A totally dysfunctional L and D group. It’s dysfunctional to the point that we don’t even do any training anymore.
That’s a long list… I’ll share the big ones.
- The sheer amount of money wasted simply to avoid the problem! If I had just one month’s revenue of waste used to kick the can down the road I could retire my whole department.
- All the pandering woke social media campaigns, this does absolutely nothing for the bottom line. Use this money to pay the employees more and increase workforce morale.
- Anything associated with ESG or DEI is bottomless pit to waste money.
It’s a good thing that refining has large profit margin so it can absorb all the stupid decisions.
