Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

‘Grovian culture’ is Dead

Haven’t heard Pat talk about Grovian culture much lately. Perhaps he’s aware of the irony that in a true Grovian culture, he would be let go.

CEOs have two jobs: ensure the company wins in the current environment and position it to win in the future environment. He has failed at both.

Meanwhile, with sales helmed by CS revenue has plummeted while he endlessly re-orgs and shifts priorities. Yet he remains.

The signal to employees is that this is the best we can do and failure is OK. I guess we are now in the era of the Gelsingerian culture.

The more important question. Did he follow through on his OKR's?

Grove would also have never allowed DEI and WFH. He knew better.

“undermining, and outright lies and sabotage of peer engineers”.
That started with Pat before they gave him the boot the first time. I was there.

if he doesn't want to leave, have the conscience to cut his pay until the company turn around.

Big pat on the back to Pat for hiring more people when we already had too many and now taking credit for the layoff to "Realign our business expenses" Fantastic show of business acumen.

He is such a charlatan even all the Christian rhetoric. He loves to pretend to adhere to fall apart in reality. There’s no question that he uses it as a shield and mask to make himself appear like an honorable and normal person. which if you really think about it is very evil and nefarious.
