I don't know if the accusations against CommScope management are true or not, I guess time will tell. But, based on my short time with the company, I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility. Don't think they won't have the same mindset when it comes time for more layoffs here.
Chuckels and friends enrich themselves on the backs of the people who actually make the money for this company. Chuckles got a 16% pay increase last year - how long will it take us to get to that number with 3% raises each year? Look at the autoworkers - +40%, the dock workers - +60%, the Boeing workers - likely 30+%. And we will get another 3% this year.
It's time to say enough is enough and fight back. It's time to unite. If not us then who, if not now then when.
