"The expected increase in full year 2024 expenses includes approximately $30 million of advisory fees primarily related to the recent proxy contest, which is expected to be more than offset by an approximately $65 million decrease in costs related to the reduction in staffing levels and office closures announced in June 2024."

Thanks Ted & Elliot

This fiber review is taking forever. I bet the people they have conducting the review are just racking up billable hours. And Crown is none the wiser.

It beat estimates because of canceled contracts, a RIF, and refinancing of debt not because of any organic growth

zx+1v1hWl8o not sure what you are reading or listening too but a 12% decrease in 2024 outlook isn't a positive. It really sounds like the Fiber review was a waste of money and a net negative for Crown.

I don’t think people want to be fired, they just want to know if they’ll have a job at the end of this “review”

There you have it. Beat estimates and growing and what no sale announcement. Please go find a new job if you want to get fired so bad.

OP and most commenters are super slow. It'll be filed after the closing bell, they even announced that when they gave the date.

No wonder we're going under.

We are keeping it. Announcing on Halloween after the market while everyone is trick or treating.

For one, the filling would likely occur when the earnings 10-Q is filled. Otherwise it would create a ton of volatility in a stock before an earnings call which is a no no for the SEC. Second, Crown announcing during earnings that they are keeping fiber doesn’t require an SEC filling outside of the normal 10-Q
