Couldn't agree more with this statement. However, the ongoing psychological games are beyond disgusting. The continual fear of layoff, downsizing, rightsizing or whatever they choose to call it each time. It's basically to decrease expenses and increase revenues and profits. Whatever.... no one is valued.
