Start pulling the Tee Times from sales/mgmt.
They preach so much about the core values, and don't follow them. Collaboration and Care, yea right!
What they are doing may not be illegal but it unethical. So much for the core values.
They don’t want to layoff, they would rather you quit. I just got laid off after sitting at home for five months. I consider myself lucky. Can now get unemployment .
My supervisor after 3 years of giving me kudo's, and many thousands of Energize points, and recognition awards, just ripped me a new one out of the blue. I'm over 65. Yes indeed layoffs are coming and fast!!!
