Somebody in another thread mentioned layoffs have already started. Does anybody have more info on it? I haven't heard anything about it but it wouldn't be the first time that something like this happened without the management even bothering to let the rest of us know.

Sorry for those laid off. what's severance like?
For those impacted by the so called "cost reduction' move on, take advantage LLH services, start applying for jobs. Schedule doctors appt (dental and medical) before end of the year. Lots of job opportunities due to RTO to chose from. Pay is very competitive
Was just laid off today from Austin (sr swe). Another coworker from team in FC laid off as well. Seems we were the bottom of the totem pole
Our US development teams also have people vanishing, which we discover by a manager email stating they are no longer with the company.
3 colleagues in the San Fran office were let go. Last day is 12/2.
Was anyone on bonding leave remaining also impacted? My review is pending. I was planning to take a rest to the bonding later in the year. Specially in the US.
After November? So in December?
There are definitely layoffs happening silently.
I am in the London office and two of my colleagues were recently let go. Both came as a surprise to me as they seemed productive and were busy.
People are being let go during their review in the U.S. Started last week. No one is safe until their review is complete and they confirm their badge will be active in January 2025.
Friends wife laid off on Friday. They're on h1b visa. Have to go back to home country with kids in school. Been here three years.
HR mandated leaders to perform reviews for anyone impacted during annual review timeframes in the past. This may change, but nothing more entertaining than telling someone their job is eliminated and following that up with….but you had a great year.
Are you just trolling around? Or is this real?
Our manager told us that a list of names was submitted a while ago. So everything should be finalized. If your performance review is after November, then you are in trouble.
