That makes perfect senses as they bet on Trump win at a very close race to buy Intel at cheaper price once high cost Indians are sent back to make their own semi chips
Makes sense, since Biden started the CHIPS Act Trump would probably ki-l it out of spite. CHIPS doesn't really line up with Trump's policy proposals either. Intel only has value under an administration that supports the CHIPS Act.
