I have two appointments that just popped on to my calendar for Resiliency Rounds. Not sure what this means. Landmark employee here. Received layoff last round, which was later rescinded.

Do gooders not doing good. I think they trigger on purpose so they can draw a crowd. Horrible timing to gather a group of on the edge employees and discuss how the world is in shambles. Only 45 mins long with no ongoing support. I know I will not attend that pain fest.
They are optional meetings with the chaplains to decompress from all that’s going on in the world 🙄 inappropriate timing.
Just got those as well part of Landmark. They look like chaplain invites.
Invite for layoffs normally mentions “Organizational Updates” in the subject.

Forgot to mention - these are scheduled for tomorrow
