"Job Family Realignment"
Advised I was hired in the wrong Job Family (5 years ago). I should be in another Job Family. $60K in Bonus and LTI taken away. Paycheck cut 25%.
They don't care - the reasoning was a bunch of BS.

There are lots of people that are way overpaid for their skills. People making 140K-160K who should not be in those positions.
Sounds like you are lucky that you were overpaid for five years.
