Well, looky here. Corporate is admitting their inability to process claims correctly, causing much of the operational problems. Not like we’ve been saying this for a few years or anything and nobody listened.
Now they want to listen. Too late but okay.

Or she could transfer all those analyst and Negotiators that's losing their job at Aetna Better Health of Kansas. They know a thing or two about sh-t data and claims.
KG has a plan. She's going to hire 300 Infosys employees that have mail order degrees from Hyderabad to turn things around
Because budgets are cut and things that need to get fixed, don't. Not unless they're going to get hefty fines but that doesn't seem to change their ways.
So what's KG going to do about it?
Which systems does KG people use? If it's the system I think it is, it's like know kidding. She should be askings the people who back into claims reports, encounters, risk adjustment, finance, WTF!
