I was just laid off, AMS employee in the IT PMO. I lose access to the Teradata network today at 5pm PT.
Severance is based on job grade rather than tenure. I’m receiving 12 weeks pay with 1 year, 7 months tenure.
Health benefits are covered in full for 30 days after termination, followed by up to 12 weeks of subsidized COBRA coverage.
AIP (bonus) will be pro-rated and distributed March 1, 2025.
Unvested 401K match is forfeited. No PTO payout given the unlimited PTO policy.
They’re providing 3rd-party outplacement services for up to 2 months.

Looks like the package you got matched what was previously posted internally (effective as of August 2024) with the severance based on job-grade (manager, senior manager, director) vs. years of service. Any partial bonus (non-RSU) payout?

I was informed this morning on a call with my manager and HR.
Severance was in terms of weeks. I’m a senior manager so I received 14 weeks. RSUs will be pro rated for current year. Future vesting will be lost.
