I know that many are hoping to be laid off, because they are fed up, burnt out, or have other options. Many are also hoping to keep their jobs for various reasons. I hope everyone gets what they want and need on the 17th. I’m personally hoping to be let go. I’m in Landmark, so my chances are fair. I don’t have another job lined up. I just can’t work here anymore.

It's not rumors. The layoffs have happened like clockwork this year.

Change legacy employees arrived at Optum targets in their backs. We all know it’s strictly business so most were smart enough not to buy into the “we care about you” propaganda.
