We have been going downhill at breakneck speed. I accepted as a fact that I will likely lose this job sooner than later. Managing to fail so badly in our line of business is really an achievement. If you don’t know how to do it, go look at what the successful competition does. But nope. Not interested. Probably because it would actually require some effort, which is something leadership is allergic to. Anyhow, polish your resumes and be prepared.

They are not leaders, and as far as the so called board of directors...they have been through all this losing. They are the worst.
