I feel like all I do is spin the wheel and wait to be laid off. Everyone around me is anxious, on the edge, in a bad mood. TD does nothing, unintentionally or by design, to motivate us or to make us at least somewhat identify with the company. When you sense that the leadership is literally about nothing and mgmt follows, how can the rest of us be motivated?
