We know there is a bunch of VTO that is being offered throughout multiple NA customer service departments. Which is why everyone is worried about the next round of layoffs. However people keep taking the VTO instead of just being available to work your shift. There is going to come a time the layoff will be here and if you are taking VTO you are just really shooting yourselves in the foot. Unless you have a side hustle. Even then you are supposed to get that approved via your Manager.

Bre team from Mexico city , was informed their position was no longer available they were given the option of severance or moving to another dep. Another round from another area will be offer the same.
"Find yourself a job"? everywhere is the same. you get a new job and there is the same - layoffs.

- Become a manager's pet OR
- Start worrying from day one being part of next layoff round.
Take the VTO if you can afford it. Amanda pledged to reduce CS budget by 60%. AI and Manila and Mexico City will replace NA CS by the end of 2025. The packages drop by 20% for each round of layoffs.
Find yourself a new job, it’s not worth the stress of when will I be let go. Good luck.
