Watch out for shift in last date. They can move it on a whim so definitely don't plan your life around that date.

In the Netherlands, the official redundancy date would be 1st March but you can choose to hang around for 3 - 6 months, depending on then number of employment years (not just at Shell)
If you are in the United States last day is Feb 28th for March 1 new org start. If you are in a different country it will be longer based on each country's specific rules.
March 1, 2025 for most. Depends on your department. Maybe some departments have EOY. Some had July 31, 2024 - those folks are gone, so I assume you are not in that group. Ask your line or look in the FAQs on your group's change portal.
